This is a clever advertisement for a French newspaper. Homer and The Mo will have to tell us if there is any truth to the generalization that the French hate tourists.
Personally, I think this guy should be thanking his lucky étoiles that he wasn't having to translate that into German.

Now that we are back I just have to say that every French person that we interacted with treated us with courtesy and kindness. It is another world over there and you just need to try to understand the way they do things. I had a great time and themo did as well. We will definitely be going back in the future.
