Awesome. They don't write them like they used to. Someone should kidnap Fallout Boy and Panic! at the Disco and "educate" them on real magic.
I love Norah Jones. Her new album is very good, I'll have to check out The Little Willies.
I love her, too. I heard about these Little Willies when I read an article about her new album. I guess she's also in an all-girl rock band where she plays guitar solos on one string. Anyway, as much as I love her, she stated in her article how she wrote a majority of the songs and felt compelled to bring up the war. She felt she had to let people know how wrong it was, etc. Thanks, Nora. Pianist/Songwriter/Little Willie/one string guitar solo-er/whistleblower.
Wow, the president reads this blog. Kick ass. Anyway, W I'm glad you brought this up. I am tired about hearing about how artists shouldn't express their thoughts about social events. Who cares? If it's cool for Toby Keith to wrap himself in the flag, then it's okay for others to dissent. Ultimately, most of these people are morons, and if your beliefs and opinions on political matters can be swayed, one way or another, by an actor or musician, then you are a buffoon. Of course I'm talking to W, so I guess that was implied.
