Get'yo thin on

I'm thinking about doing a diet along with my nightly running. Would anybody want to join me? I don't know what to do for a diet. I may do something low-key, or I may consider an all out disciplined approach. Either way, I'm up for suggestions and would like to see if anyone would like to join me. Who's in?

Just saw your post. It is funny that you are thinking about starting a diet cos one of my friends and I are thinking the same thing. We are wondering about maybe doing the supermodel diet and exist on laxatives and Diet Coke? Of course we will take vitamin supplements cos we're not fools. And if you think I am joking you are wrong. So you wanna join?

I'm down. How could anyone who uses the moniker of Homer (but doesn't thankfully weigh as much) not need to get their diet on. I don't know if Gassy's crystal meth diet is my speed, but let's discuss...

Gassy, wow. That diet is out of this world. I don't know if I'm that hardcore. That being said, I AM that hardcore. I'll do that diet for maybe 2 or 3 days. But anything more than that might throw off my razor sharp... what was I saying? Nay suggested a food pyramid diet. I'll let her elaborate.
